Returns and Refunds
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
How to Return
- Contact us via our Contact page within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and the reason for your return.
- We will provide you with the return address.
- Ship the item back at your own cost using a tracked service.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Please double-check your size and shipping details before completing your purchase.
